The contractor will provide non-personal commercial services, including:

  • Medical (Administrative) Provider Support: One licensed Medical Provider (MD/DO) will conduct medical administrative case management and readiness determinations. Key tasks include reviewing health and dental records, issuing deployability determinations, managing medical profiles in Government systems (MODS, MHS Genesis), coordinating care with TRICARE and VA networks, and acting as medical records custodian.
  • Behavioral Health (BH) Specialist Support: Two credentialed Behavioral Health Specialists (LCSW, Psychologist, or CNS) will provide BH readiness and case management. This involves initial and follow-up BH screenings, case management for up to 300 Service Members (SMs), developing a local network of community-based BH providers, and providing recommendations for administrative dispositions.
  • General Requirements: All personnel must be technically literate, proficient in standard office software, and capable of learning specialized military medical platforms. Data entry into specified systems must be completed within 72 hours of service.
