Scope of Work
The objective is to plan and complete environmental sampling to quantify contamination and inform safe removal and disposal methods prior to demolition. Key tasks include:
- Conducting pre-demolition surveys and environmental sampling for ACM, ORM, LBP, and PCBs-in-paint across facility exteriors, roofs, basements, and crawl spaces.
- Sampling various building materials and performing Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) analysis for RCRA 8 metals and PCB testing.
- Providing photographic documentation and patching/repairing building envelopes at sample locations.
- Preparing an individual Pre-Demolition Assessment Report detailing findings, contamination, and recommendations for remediation and disposal, including any inaccessible areas.
- Providing consulting support for abatement and/or demolition. All work must comply with Federal, State, and local regulations, and USACE EM 385-1-1 Safety and Health Requirements.
