Companies must register by March 13, 2026, 8:00 AM UTC+3, by emailing the Primary and Secondary POCs with the subject "Incirlik AB Site Visit Registration: [Your Company Name]". Registration requires providing detailed information for up to two attendees (full name, company, title, citizenship, address, DOB, email, phone, scanned ID) and vehicle details (make, model, year, capacity, license, insurance). Vendors with existing base access must still notify POCs of their intent to participate.
Site Visit Details
The site visit is scheduled between April 13-17, 2026 (exact date TBD), from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM UTC+3. Attendees must arrive 90 minutes prior for processing at Bldg 485, Incirlik AB, and present the same valid government-issued photo ID used for registration.
