This procurement is for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under an umbrella Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool. The MATOC will be utilized for a variety of Architect/Engineer (A/E), Value Engineering (VE)/Value Analysis (VA)/Value Management (VM) services, detailed below. These projects may support design/build (D/B) or design/bid/build (D/B/B) delivery methods for and include highly complex horizontal and vertical Army Reserve design requirements.
