The contractor shall provide recurring pest control services for the U.S. Embassy in Lusaka, Zambia, covering both indoor and outdoor areas within property boundaries. This includes suppressing populations of various pests such as rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, flies, stinging insects, moths, and mosquitoes. Services also extend to controlling subterranean and non-subterranean termites, wood-boring beetles, fungi, and other wood-destroying organisms. The work must conform to applicable Department of State safety, health, and environmental policies. Structural modifications for pest control, like caulking and sealing, are encouraged. Task orders will be issued to identify specific buildings or sites requiring service.

- Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with fixed hourly rates.
