  • Within two business days after Government QA acceptance, submit a copy of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) receiving reports listing each Serial Number (SN) shipped to a specified e-mail address or via optional notification in PIEE/WAWF.
  • A final receiving report for each Delivery Order (DO) and/or contract closeout must be submitted through PIEE/WAWF using DODAAC W81D17.
  • TAMMS-A submittal/approval is via the TAMMS-A/MCDS web portal (https://tamms-a.redstone.army.mil). Contact the requiring office if the portal is unavailable or if a TAMMS-A/MCDS account is needed.
• Discrepancy Correction: The Requiring Office will verify TAMMS-A data. Discrepancies will be identified within 5 working days, and the contractor must correct and resubmit within 10 working days of receiving comments.
