  • Specific packaging, marking (MIL-STD-129), and preservation (Military / Level A) requirements, with reusable containers provided as Government Furnished Material (GFM).
  • Mandatory use of the Total Asset Visibility – Contractor (TAV-C) capability for accounting for GFE/M/P, requiring either a DLMS interface or TAV-C Portal access (with CAC/MFA and training).
  • Compliance with TAMMS-A reporting requirements, utilizing the TAMMS-A/MCDS web portal for forms and records.
  • Adherence to quality standards QE-STD-1 (for manufacturing CSIs) and QE-STD-2 (for M&O of CSIs), mandating 100% inspection of Critical Characteristics (CCs), traceability, and certified personnel.
