The Virginia Army National Guard is soliciting blanket purchase agreements (BPA) for prepared meals to be delivered to Blackstone Virginia. Each BPA awarded will have up to a 60-month ordering period with a maximum ceiling of $350,000. The minimum call value is $1.00, with a maximum call value of $25,000.00. All calls will include an individual statement of work and calls will be rotated amongst the vendors established under the BPA.
