Prescribed Fire Drone with thermal camera, 3 day training seminar and maintenance package. Drone shall have 4 motors. Drone have a maximum payload of 32 lbs. Drone must have first person view ability. Drone must have manual, altitude, position, mission, loiter, orbit and return flight modes. Prescribed fire sphere dispenser must have a minimum payload of 400 1 inch spheres. Dispenser must have a drop rate of at least 100 per minute. Dispenser must weigh less than 5 lbs empty. Camera must be a radiometric thermal camera with at least 640 x 512 at 30hz. Visual camera must be High Definition with at least 20x optical zoom. Included accessories shall be at least 12 batteries, double charger kit, 16 CW props and 16 CCW props. Included shall also be a 3 day training seminar for 2 individuals. Included shall be a 3 year care package.
