Under this Solicitation Notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District issues Solicitation No. W912P622B0008 for bidding purposes. Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant bid package for the construction project entitled, "Crossroads Lift Station Phase 2B, Lake Station, Lake County, Indiana (USACE Acquisition)."
PROJECT INFORMATION: The Crossroads Lift Station project includes construction of a new lift station to include provide and install (2) 1,600 gallon per minute pumps and all connections; provide and install new electrical and control panels at least 2 feet above the 100-year flood elevation. The optional work includes provide and install new emergency generator with enclosure and abandonment of the existing lift station and all related appurtenances and manholes.

ACQUISITION INFORMATION: Competition for this acquisition is RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY for Small Business Concerns.
The North American Industry System Classification Code is 237110, with a small business size standard in dollars of $39.5 Million. The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.

Responses to this Solicitation (Invitation for Bids) are due by 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) on September 26, 2022.
