The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Joint Base Lewis -McChord (JBLM), Washington

anticipates issuing a solicitation for services necessary to provide periodic appliance maintenance and repair on installed appliances and as required accomplish installation, connection, and disconnection of appliances.  The Contractor will not be responsible for drayage or replacement of appliances. The Contractor shall also perform dryer duct and vent system maintenance and cleaning as part of the requirement of this contract. These services are provided to support Unaccompanied Housing (UH) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington.  The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers.  The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).  The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation (including fuel and travel time), tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the PWS.  The Contractor is responsible for providing all parts required for Preventive Maintenance Orders (PMOs) and all repair parts required for Demand Maintenance Orders (DMOs).

The term of the contract will consist of a one-year base period with 4 options, commencing on or about 1 July 2025.

The Government anticipates release of the solicitation on or around 1 May 2025 with a projected closing date of 8:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time, on 1 June 2025.
