Evaluation
Award will be made to the eligible, responsible offeror submitting the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technical acceptability requires quoting the exact item in required quantities, meeting minimum specifications, and submitting detailed specifications. Past performance information from the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) will be considered, and negative information may render a quote technically unacceptable.
Special Requirements & Submission
