The requirement is for 336 rolls of Pressure Sensitive Tape, 2 inches wide by 60 yards long, white in color, with a temperature range of -65 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The tape must be glass overall & cotton, cold, heat & solvent resistant, specifically 3M, P/N: 361. Each roll must be marked with the manufacturer and part number. A minimum of 85% shelf-life remaining is required upon receipt. Packaging must comply with ASTM-D-3951, prohibiting asbestos, excelsior, loose fill polystyrene, and newspaper. Item Unique Identification (IUID) is required for the tape. The tape is approved for HOTWORK in PSNS.
