Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, tools, and supervision for comprehensive pressure washing and debris removal services for designated buildings.

• Remove stains, dirt, grime, mold, mildew, spider webs, gum, and other contaminants.

• Clean out existing roof gutter systems and remove debris.

• Utilize equipment and techniques appropriate for building material integrity.

• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and operational standards.

• Contain and manage all wash water and debris to prevent discharge to storm drains or surface waters.

• Pressure washing of specific buildings listed with their exterior square footage (e.g., Munro Hall, Healy Hall Barracks, various classrooms).

• Use of bio-based cleaning agents that are environmentally safe.

• Furnish and maintain warning devices for safety.

• Provide written reports in electronic format compatible with DHS workstations.

• Government will provide access to water via building hose hookups or fire hydrants.

• Contractor is responsible for all other necessary facilities, PPE, materials, equipment, and services.

• Government Technical Representative will review deliverables within 10 business days.
