Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, tools, and parts for preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs on the following Leica instruments:

- Leica IP Slide Printer (SN: 71161)
- Leica RM2235 Manual Microtome (SN: 12199)
- Leica RM2235 Manual Microtome (SN: 12221)
Services include at least one annual PM visit per instrument, unlimited on-site corrective repairs (including travel, labor, and parts), 508 compliance for electronic reporting, and a 48-hour on-site response time.
Lifecycle & Parts Availability
The Government acknowledges that the RM2235 models may have reached their full lifecycle. Respondents must explicitly state if Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are unavailable for these models or if they have alternative sources for certified parts.
