Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance services for up to 750 Guldmann patient lifts. Key responsibilities include:

- Replacing damaged items at no cost to the Government and ensuring the service area is cleaned post-service.
- Coordinating with Nursing staff for access and notifying the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for operations requiring ceiling modifications.
- Providing detailed documentation of services performed, including inspection dates, serial numbers, manufacturer's checklists, observations, and corrective actions.
- Delivering testing certification records to the COR within one week of certification.
- Furnishing all necessary labor, parts (new, OEM-certified), tools, supplies, materials, equipment, qualified personnel, supervision, management, and transportation.
- Ensuring all work is approved by the COR and certified for twelve months.
