Deliverables include PM Service Activity Schedules, PM Activity Description Lists, Site-Specific PM Checklists, Preventative Maintenance Reports, and Spare Part Schedules. Two BAS PM Site Visits are required per year.

Eligibility & Evaluation

Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. Evaluation factors include Price, Technical Acceptability (OEM Authorization Certification, Experience and Expertise, Technical Skills, Certifications and Training, Personnel Qualifications, Security and Facility Clearance), and Responsibility Determination.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide proof of SAM registration (UEI number). A DCSA TOP SECRET facility clearance is required or the ability to obtain one. This is a brand name competition due to the proprietary nature of the installed Honeywell/Niagara N4 BAS systems.
