To ensure all kitchen equipment in the Nutritional Medicine Flight dining facility at Wright Patterson Air Force Base is maintained in proper functioning condition, consistent with manufacturer's standards.

• Provide qualified personnel, supervision, services, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation for preventive maintenance, routine maintenance, emergency maintenance, and general repairs for food service equipment.

• Services include inspecting for excessive wear, checking gaskets and seals, cleaning condenser coils, and ensuring coolant levels are correct.

• Specific equipment includes: combi ovens, stoves, evaporator coil units, salad bars, ice makers, serving lines, and ware washing machines.

• Timely Service Response: No more than two deviations per month from specified response times (Emergency: 4 hours; Remedial: 24 hours; Preventive: Quarterly).

• Equipment Maintained: All equipment must be maintained in good operating condition per OEM standards; zero defects are acceptable.

• Sustainable Parts & Materials: 95% compliance utilizing ENERGY STAR / FEMP parts and biobased/EPA Safer Choice chemicals.

• Accurate & Timely Reporting: Service reports delivered within 48 hours with no more than one error per month.

• Period of Performance: Base year (August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027) with four one-year option periods through July 31, 2031.

• Place of Performance: 4881 Sugar Maple Dr, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, 45433, Building 830.

• Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 0600-1600, excluding Federal holidays.

• Personnel Qualifications: Technicians must be certified and experienced, including R-410A, HVAC Level II, and focused experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment Maintenance and Repair or Plumbing/Electrical Maintenance/Repair. Specific certifications for various equipment manufacturers are required.

• Conduct & Appearance: Personnel must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance, wear appropriate uniforms (jeans permitted if clean, hairnets/headgear in food areas), and wear identification badges.

• Replacement Parts: Must be new OEM parts, meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, carry a 90-day warranty, and comply with ENERGY STAR/FEMP and EPA Safer Choice/USDA Certified Biobased standards where practicable. Markup on parts is limited to 5% of the manufacturer's price.

• Reporting: Verbal service explanation on the day of service, followed by a detailed written report within 48 hours.

• Government-Furnished Items: Workspace, heat, light, ventilation, and electrical outlets will be provided. An office telephone for local calls is authorized.

• Contractor-Furnished Items: Contractor shall furnish all other necessary items.
