Scope of Work
This requirement is for annual on-site preventive maintenance for the COZZOLI® Vial Filling Machine used by the Division of Biological Standards and Quality Control (DBSQC) within CBER. This machine is critical for preparing CBER standards for vaccines and biological products. The service includes:
- One scheduled on-site preventive maintenance visit per year.
- All consumables, labor, travel, and parts for PM included.
- Maintenance and repair by trained and certified service engineers following OEM specifications, using OEM-certified parts.
- Unlimited software and firmware updates.
- Unlimited technical support (phone/email) Monday-Friday (excluding Federal Holidays).
- Access to the manufacturer's call center for technical assistance.
- All pricing must encompass labor, travel, replacement parts, and other necessary expenses.
- Deliverables include service records and reports after each visit.
