Scope of Work

The requirement is for maintenance and repair services for a BD LSRFortessa X-20 SORP Flow Cytometer System, including a High Throughput Sampler, which is an integral component of the CBER Flow Cytometry Core. Key performance requirements include:

• Two scheduled on-site planned preventive maintenance visits per year (including parts).
• Unlimited on-site corrective maintenance/repairs within 2 business days for issues not resolvable remotely.
• Services must be performed by OEM-trained and certified engineers following OEM specifications and using OEM-certified replacement parts.
• Access to OEM technical developments, repair procedure bulletins, and unlimited software/firmware/application updates.
• Unlimited technical support (via phone and email) Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays) 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
• All maintenance/repair pricing shall be inclusive of labor, travel, and replacement parts.
• Contractor must provide service records and reports to the end-user and a summary report to the FDA COR and Contract Specialist after each service call.
