Scope of Work

The agreement covers comprehensive maintenance and repair services:

• Preventive Maintenance: One annual on-site visit, including labor, travel, and OEM factory-certified replacement parts, components, subassemblies, and consumables.
• Unlimited Corrective Maintenance/Repairs: On-site service within 3 business days of a call, with priority response (within 24 hours) after initial remote resolution attempts (2 business days).
• Parts & Labor: Use of certified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and services performed by formally trained and certified technicians/engineers.
• Technical Support: Unlimited priority access to technical support Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time, and access to the manufacturer's call center.
• Documentation: Provision of a field service report/ticket after each service visit.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price Commercial Service.
• Period of Performance: A Base Period (estimated 07/31/2026 – 07/30/2027) plus two Option Years (Option Year 1: 07/31/2027 - 07/30/2028; Option Year 2: 07/31/2028 - 09/30/2029). These dates are estimated and subject to update.
• Pricing: Quotes must be inclusive of all labor, travel, replacement parts, and components.

• Technical Information: Offerors must provide sufficient technical information demonstrating their proposed solution meets or exceeds requirements, including experience with the specific instrument model.
• Past Performance: Offerors should demonstrate recent (within 3 years) and relevant experience.
• Notes: Electronic documents must not contain macros. Offerors may inspect the instruments and site at their own expense.
