Scope of Work

- Comprehensive maintenance: Inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, repair, and replacement of elevator machines, motor generators, solid-state drives, controllers, selectors, safety devices (interlocks, buffers, governors), wire ropes, sheaves, and car/corridor operating stations.
- Specific inclusions: Supply and replace emergency lighting batteries, maintain in-car emergency communication devices, and replace key switches.
- Testing: Annual "No-Load" and Five-Year "Full Load" Safety Tests, with the contractor providing procedures, labor, equipment, and test weights. A local Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) will witness testing, paid by the Post.
- Personnel: Provide all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies, and materials.
