Scope of Work

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a completed solicitation, including SF-1449, Section 1 (Pricing), Section 5 (Representations and Certifications), cost estimates, prior experience, work plans, licensing, permits, insurance information, an emergency support plan, and proof of SAM registration. Proposals must be submitted electronically to ktmcontracts@state.gov.
Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror. Evaluation will consider price, technical information, and contractor responsibility (FAR 9.1). SAM registration is mandatory for this solicitation and a condition for award.
