Scope of Work

Installation labor for catalytic bed replacement is included, though the bed itself is excluded from PM coverage. Additional considerations may include past performance, warranty, lifecycle cost, maintenance availability, and environmental or energy efficiency.

Contractor Qualifications
Offerors must be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an OEM-authorized service provider. Technicians must be factory-trained specifically on 3M/Steri-Vac EO sterilization systems. Unauthorized maintenance will void the manufacturer's warranty and may compromise safety and compliance.
