• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to proposal submission. Failure to be registered may result in the proposal being considered non-responsible.

This solicitation is for Preventive/Corrective Maintenance of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems for the U.S. Embassy in Bogota, Colombia. The goal is to ensure all UPS systems are in good operational condition and ready to provide backup power during outages.

• Preventive and corrective maintenance services for UPS equipment.

• Includes overhauls, at least 3 preventive maintenance visits, and one overhaul visit per year.

• Emergency response for equipment breakdowns (24/7) at no additional charge.

• Technicians must be trained and certified by Eaton, the UPS manufacturer.

• Offerors must demonstrate at least four years of experience maintaining Eaton UPS models.

• Services must be scheduled to avoid disrupting Embassy operations.

• The contract does NOT include the supply of spare parts by the contractor.
