Quick Summary
The Department of the Air Force is conducting a Sources Sought Synopsis (FA8222-26-14860) to identify potential sources for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembly Support Services. This market research aims to determine industry capability and assess the potential for a competitive or total Small Business Set-Aside. Responses are due by March 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM MST.

This includes rapid production of PCB Assemblies (PCBAs) for initial design, prototype production, and manufacturing for operational use. Key requirements include:
- PCB Fabrication: Producing PCBs per specifications, adhering to IPC-A-600 (or IPC Class 3), with required technical reports (CDRL A001, A002).
- Component Procurement: Sourcing materials from authorized distributors or OEMs, with rapid execution to minimize supply chain disruptions.
- PCB Assembly: Assembling PCBAs per layout specifications, adhering to J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 (or IPC Class 2), with required technical reports (CDRL A003). Tin-Lead (Sn-Pb) solder is standard unless specified otherwise.
