Private Office Space Rental/Workstations for ICE Personnel

Request For Information (RFI)

This RFI is issued by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to notify potential vendors of an upcoming procurement for private office space rental and workstations for ICE personnel. ICE is seeking capability statements to determine market interest and identify sources for support outlined in an attached Statement of Work (SOW).

• Provide flexible workspace, including private offices and/or workstations.

• Services to be provided at approved coworking locations across cities listed in the attached SOW.

• Services to be coordinated with the vendor and ICE POC.

• Period of Performance: One year, starting at contract award.

• NAICS Code: 531120 – Support-Management: Logistics Support.

• Interested parties must submit a "Capabilities Statement for Private Office Space Rental/Workstations for ICE Personnel".

• Capabilities Statements should be in Times New Roman, size 12, single-spaced, with 1" margins.

• Administrative Information (1-page limit): Firm name, mailing address, UEI, phone number, POC email, business classification (NAICS 531120), and any GSA Schedule or GWAC.

• Government Questions/Industry Responses (2-page limit): Description of available leasable space (including locations from SOW) and at least one example of similar efforts within the last 24 months.

• Submission Deadline: March 31, 2026, at 9:00 AM (EST).

• Submission Method: Email as a single Adobe PDF to Nicholas.Chiles@ice.dhs.gov and Garrett.Bittinger@ice.dhs.gov with the subject line: "Capabilities Statement For RFI titled 'Private Office Space Rental/Workstations for ICE Personnel submitted from (insert your firm's name)'".

• Vendors must be certified under NAICS code 531120.

• If unable to accommodate locations listed in the SOW, vendors should refrain from responding.

• This RFI is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute an RFP or commit the government to a contract.

• Unsolicited proposals will not be accepted.

• The government will not pay for any costs incurred in responding to this RFI.

• Interested parties are responsible for monitoring government websites for updates.

• All submissions become government property and will not be returned.

• No questions or requests will be accepted or answered; however, vendors are invited to comment on the requirement and tailoring of documents.

• ICE reserves the right to disregard late submissions.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide flexible workspace (private offices and/or workstations) for assigned U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) personnel at approved coworking locations nationwide.

• The contract will be for a 12-month term of coworking space use, starting upon approval/award.

• The services will be provided at multiple locations across the United States, with a list of specific cities and states provided.

• Each site will offer a mix of workstations and private offices.

• Services included are desk or private office space, Wi-Fi access, and printing privileges (with per-site monthly limits).

• Term: 12 months of coworking space use, starting upon approval/award.

• Locations: A comprehensive list of cities and states is provided, with a note that full physical addresses will be requested as needed and only operational locations will move forward.

• The coworking sites and initial workspace allocations are for over 300 FTEs at approximately 90 locations (type to be confirmed).

• Coordination with an approved vendor and ICE Point of Contact (POC) is required.
