• Deliverables: Include Process Analysis Reports, Optimized Workflow Plans, Training Materials and Reports, Continuous Improvement Frameworks, Portfolio Assessment Reports, configuration of management tools, documentation of standardized processes, and various status reports.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

• Period of Performance: Base period from 01 June 2026 to 31 May 2027, with two option periods extending to 01 March 2029.
