This solicitation is for the procurement of one (1) deburring machine for the X-17 Sheetmetal Shop at U.S. Naval Base Yokosuka, Japan. The machine will be used for manual deburring of sheet metal workpieces.

• One (1) deburring machine, a current production model.

• Machine must be capable of manual deburring of sheet metal workpieces.

• Available utilities: 210 VAC, 50 Hz, 3P3W electric power.

• Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation.

• Equipment must be designed, engineered, and sold as a current production model.

• Local Japanese dealer network for maintenance and repair parts is required.

• Compliance with OSHA Safety and Health Standards (29 CFR 1910) and other relevant standards.

• Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:45 pm (excluding Federal Holidays).

• Minimum requirements include motorized roller brushes, a chip cover, and the ability to deburr long sides of workpieces without length limitation.

• A dust collector with a filtration efficiency of 90% or better at 0.7 m is required.
