Payment terms follow FAR 52.232-25 (Prompt Payment), with payment due 30 days after receipt of a proper invoice and government acceptance.

• Sole Source Justification: Peak Scientific designated LBS Corporation for this work due to their possession of the appropriate replacement unit and installation capability. Market research indicated no other companies met Peak Scientific's standards for maintenance of this specific compressor connected to their nitrogen generator.

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ # 75P900126Q00012) issued by the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Acquisition Management Services (OAMS) on behalf of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI).
