Scope of Work

- Dynamic Waterjet Cutting Head Assembly (CLIN A001): A fully articulating, dynamic cutting head capable of active taper control and beveled edge cutting, rated for a minimum of 60,000 PSI. It must be compatible with M200-series waterjet systems and include all mechanical components, spray/splash containment, and hardware.
- Control and Programming Software Suite (CLIN A002): An integrated CAD/CAM software suite for 2D/3D cutting paths, supporting the dynamic cutting head's functionality with automatic tool path calculation. A perpetual, non-expiring license for at least one user station is required.
- Installation and Training (CLIN A003): Complete on-site installation and commissioning of hardware and software, ensuring the system is fully operational. Comprehensive on-site training for operators and maintenance personnel, including a minimum of 4 days of software training. All components must be brand new, CE compliant, and include a minimum 12-month warranty and manuals in English and German. Submission & Evaluation

Email attachments are restricted to 10 MB; multiple emails must be numbered sequentially. All submissions must be in English and PDF format. Offerors must provide a capability statement including an active CAGE code, POC information, and a statement of capability to deliver within 90 business days. Demonstrated experience with at least one contract reference from the last ten years for supplying similar items is required, along with manufacturer technical datasheets demonstrating compliance with salient characteristics.
