Evaluation Factors

- Past Performance: Includes prior experience and similar performances.
- Technical: Evaluation of the Product Offered (Brand or Manufacturer). The Government intends to award without discussions. Quotes must be valid for 30 calendar days.
Submission & Invoicing Details
Quotes must be submitted in PDF format via email to Elizabeth Kramer at ekramer@bop.gov ONLY. Fax, hand-delivered, or mail-in quotes will not be accepted. Late quotes will be handled per FAR 52.212-1(c). Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via email to ekramer@bop.gov.
Invoices must be submitted as a single PDF to SET-BusinessOffice-S@bop.gov, include the solicitation number, offeror's Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and small business self-certification. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Non-responsive quotes, including those missing UEI or SAM.gov registration, will not be considered.
