Submission & Evaluation
Interested parties must submit a capability statement (max 20 pages) to emily.pogue@us.af.mil. The statement must:
- Identify small business status relative to NAICS Code 332993 (Ammunition Manufacturing, 1,500 employee size standard).
- Detail anticipated teaming arrangements.
- Demonstrate ability to become a qualified supplier and begin full-rate production by February 2028.
- Explain how access and rights to proprietary data (JDAM System Specification, ICD, UAI Supplements) will be obtained.
- Include manufacturing, test, and inspection facilities/personnel, cost estimates, projected timelines, company profile, and a 10-year warranty projection.
- A Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate for unit prices for a hypothetical Lot 33 (10,000 units) may be requested.
