Quick Summary

The U.S. Department of the Army, specifically the United States Military Academy at West Point, has issued a Sources Sought Notice for Professional Education Training Program services. This market research aims to identify qualified small businesses capable of providing professional educational training on the latest marketing practices and techniques for Army Enterprise Marketing Officers (AEMOs) in Chicago, Illinois. The requirement is anticipated to be set aside for small businesses if at least two qualified small businesses respond.

Scope of Work

The contractor will provide non-personal services for a 5-day enterprise-level marketing training program for approximately 30 trainees per session. Key training topics include Selling the Army’s Value Proposition, Strategic AI Use, Overcoming Resistance to AI, The Current State of AI, and Communication Strategies. The training must build upon previous sessions and ensure AEMO personnel maintain proficiency. The contractor is responsible for all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, and materials, including providing two meals (breakfast and lunch) and refreshments.
