Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide one modular maintenance work stand set compatible with existing stands and aircraft docks, facilitating one aircraft dock and movable between docks. This includes various stand types (e.g., Wing, Nose, Engine, Fuselage, Avionics, Root Access, Horizontal Stabilizer, Windshield, Crew Access, Gear, Hatch Access, Jack Cone/Gap Covers, Conect, Crown, Staircase, and "Pig Pen" stands). The work stands must integrate lighting, compressed air, and electrical supply outlets. The contractor is responsible for design, fabrication, inspection, testing, documentation, training, delivery, tools, and assembly labor. Fabrication will occur at the contractor's location, with assembly and installation at Tinker AFB.

- Documentation: A full technical data package is required. Only PDF drawings will be provided by the government; no SolidWorks or STEP files. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) for each stand and document ISO 9000 compliance. Design reviews (Preliminary, Intermediate, Final) are mandatory.
- Site Visits: Contractors must conduct site visits to gather design requirements and field verify dimensions before manufacturing.
