  • Documenting all maintenance actions according to applicable Air Force Instructions and Technical Orders.

Performance Standards

Key performance metrics include:

  • Quality of Repair: Adherence to Technical Orders (TOs) and Country Specific Technical Orders (CSTOs), with strict limits on findings (e.g., no more than one Category I Major and one Category II Major finding during customer post-PDM inspection).
  • Delivery: A standard flow of 117 days per aircraft, with timely notification for any delays.
  • CDRL Quality: No more than one rejection or late submission of deliverables per contract year/month.
  • Acceptance Flight Quality: Each aircraft must pass required FCF within five attempts.
  • Compliance: 100% Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and a monthly quality standard of >97.5 percent.
