  • Delivery: Maintaining a standard flow of 117 days per aircraft.
  • Deliverables: High quality and timely submission of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items.
  • Flight Quality: Each aircraft must pass required FCF within five attempts.
  • Compliance: 100% compliance with a Quality Management System (QMS) and a monthly quality standard of >97.5 percent.
