Contract Details

The anticipated contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract, awarded through full and open competitive offers. The period of performance is expected to be one base year plus four 12-month option years. Specific places of performance will be identified in individual Task Orders, covering Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations.

Evaluation & Eligibility (for future formal RFP)

While this is a draft, the accompanying documents indicate that a formal solicitation will evaluate proposals based on:

• Factor 1: Challenge Scenario (Acceptable/Unacceptable for Federal EHR and OpMed scenarios).
• Factor 2: Small Business Participation (minimum 30% total small business goal).
