Scope of Work

Essential skills include project design, resource management, strong communication, systems proficiency (e.g., SharePoint), independence, teamwork, and organizational skills. Best-qualified candidates will also possess subject matter expertise in one of OTA's five functional areas, international work experience, financial/economic familiarity, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
