Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e) and FAR part 10, and requesting information related to Command-and-Control (C2) capabilities that can integrate with Ground and Air Platforms within the PM TS portfolio (e.g., Ground-Based Operational Surveillance System (G-BOSS(E)), Persistent Surveillance System-Tethered (PSS-T), Tethered-uncrewed aerial system (Te-UAS) providing the complete situational awareness of their area of operations. PM TS is seeking information for novel and mature Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 8-9 C2 software technologies and software development capabilities that are platform-agnostic allowing integration across multiple system-of-system platforms.
