Scope of Work (Anticipated)
The anticipated requirement involves providing all labor, materials, and equipment for bulk propane delivery to various locations at USMA, West Point, NY, including areas adjacent to Highland Falls and Central Valley. Key aspects include:
- Delivery Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding Federal Holidays.
- Tank Management: Contractor to provide, install, and annually paint all contractor-owned tanks. This includes installing tankage for temporary shower units and summer training.
- Service Levels: Automatic deliveries to maintain a minimum of 30% tank capacity. Response to propane run-out situations within two (2) hours of notification.
- Compliance: Adherence to OSHA standards, NFPA 58, and CFR 49.
- Operational Procedures: Check-in/out with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for delivery ticket signatures, and sign out/return keys from Range Control for certain access.
