• Contractors are required to deliver propane as requested and required.

• Deliveries are to be performed as per scheduled (seasonal) and as/when needed/required.

• Emergency deliveries must be accomplished within two (2) hours.

• All deliveries will be subject to 100% inspection.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to deliver propane in bulk to various locations at The United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point, NY.

• Deliveries to USMA locations, including those adjacent to Highland Falls and Central Valley.

• Deliveries to be made Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, excluding Federal Holidays.

• Contractor is responsible for providing and maintaining all contractor-owned tanks, including installation and fresh painting annually.

• Contractor must adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) standards and NFPA 58.

• Contractor must observe posted speed limits on the reservation.

• Contractor may be required to sign out and return keys from Range Control for access to certain delivery locations.

• All bulk propane deliveries must be on an automatic basis to maintain a minimum of 30% tank capacity.

• Contractor must respond to propane run-outs within two hours of notification.

• Contractor must check in and out with the COR to get delivery tickets signed for each delivery.

• Delivery tickets must include location, date, contract number, item number, and gallons delivered.

• Contractor-owned tanks must be installed by the first day of the contract period.

• Period of Performance: One year from the date of award.

• Delivery locations: Various locations at USMA, West Point, NY, including those adjacent to Highland Falls and Central Valley.
