Scope of Work

The requirement is for the supply of all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, and technical guidance necessary for propane delivery to two U.S. Army Reserve facilities. Deliveries will be on a "will call" basis, coordinated by the COR/RFOS. Key requirements include:

  • Locations: Ohio County Airport USARC (WV053) in Wheeling, WV, and Romney USARC (WV038) in Romney, WV.
  • Annual Usage: Approximately 30,000 gallons for WV053 and 18,000 gallons for WV038.
  • Tank Details: All tanks are Government-owned. WV053 has one 30,000-gallon tank; WV038 has two 2,000-gallon tanks (training building) and two 1,000-gallon tanks (OMS building).
  • Invoicing: Must include dated pricing index, most recent release prior to delivery, fixed markup rate, and calculations for gallons, index price, and markup on WAWF invoices.
