- Item 2: Self-Locking Hex Nuts (NSN: 5310-01-458-9125) - Half Nut, Bronze, 3" 4 T.P.I. x 50.8 MM thick, manufactured in accordance with CG Drawing 87WPB 243-001 REVISION "M".
Critical Requirement: All items must meet stringent Quality Assurance (QA) and packaging, packing, and marking standards. QA involves 100% verification by a Coast Guard QA Representative for compliance with OEM drawings. Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, cushioned with bubble wrap, packed in ASTM-D5118 doublewall fiberboard boxes, and marked per MIL-STD-129R with ISO/IEC-16388-2007 Code 39 bar coding. Standard commercial packaging is unacceptable, and failure to comply will result in rejection. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to USCG SFLC, Baltimore, MD.
