Includes essential equipment such as a multimedia projector (72"x84" screen), AV system with two wireless microphones, flip charts, notepads, pencils, mints, water, podium, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
• Catering:
  • Daily buffet lunch for 30 participants (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) for 5 days.
  • Morning and evening tea breaks with savory and sweet items, tea, and coffee.
  • All-day availability of coffee, water, and tea.

Submission & Evaluation

• Eligibility: Offerors must be the hotel property itself or a licensed management entity with direct contractual authority. Quotations from third-party trading entities, brokers, agents, or event coordination companies will not be evaluated.
• Requirements: Prices must be exempt from VAT and SSCL. Offerors must comply with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and be registered in SAM.gov prior to submission for offers over $30,000.
• Award Basis: The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer. Award may be made based on initial quotations without discussions, though discussions are possible if necessary.
