Scope of Work

All assemblies must include European-grade hardware, multi-point locking, heavy-duty rollers, handles, and soft-closing mechanisms. Installation requires complete sealing, gaskets, beading, and corrosion-resistant fixings to ensure airtight, watertight, and thermally efficient performance. Specific items include various fixed glazed assemblies, two-panel and three-panel sliding doors, double-leaf hinged doors, and single uPVC doors for a clubhouse and security room. The contractor must provide a 5-year material warranty and a 2-year workmanship warranty.
Mandatory Local Requirements
To ensure timely execution and quality assurance, bidders must demonstrate local project execution capability in Sri Lanka (registered company, joint venture, or authorized representative) with proof of a local office. The contractor must provide qualified on-site supervision, mobilize personnel and materials within 5-10 calendar days, and ensure technical response within 24-48 hours, with emergency support available locally. All travel, accommodation, transport, customs clearance, and logistical costs are the contractor's responsibility. Local warranty support capability is also mandatory.

Contract Details & Submission
