Paint Bid Schedule BLANK; multiple changes in Section A, Contract Description.The proposal due date remains unchanged.The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469025R0004, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Protective Coatings Services for Ellsworth AFB. The estimated contract award date is 25 September 2025. This award will be a base five (5) years plus five (5) option years. The projected Period of Performance is currently 25 September 2025 ? 24 September 2035. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238320 with a size standard of $15,000,000. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Vendor proposals are due not later than 28 July 2025 by 3:00pm MDT to Jason Wright at jason.wright@us.af.mil and Samantha Hough at samantha.hough.2@us.af.mil. Submissions must be provided to the Government in the Solicitation Module in PIEE.
