- Performing comprehensive sample preparation: protein extraction, denaturation, reduction, tryptic digestion, and peptide cleanup.

- Conducting DIA data collection using a timsTOF mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS).
- Providing data suitable for pairwise comparison between any two treatment groups or multiple comparisons across all eight treatment groups.
