Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide Protestant Administrative Religious Education Coordination services at Yuma Proving Ground, supporting the Chaplain's Religious Support Program and ensuring the free exercise of religious preference.

• Assist the Chaplain in conducting religious education services in accordance with Army Regulation 165-1 and Installation Chaplain Policies.

• Prepare and provide a monthly calendar of all religious education (RE) events, including special seasonal events, facility reservation requests, RE flyers, and attendance reports.

• Assist in the preparation of program materials for regular and seasonal RE programs, including copying, distribution, and resetting spaces.

• Support comprehensive Protestant religious education programs concurrently with the traditional academic year.

• Contractor shall develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP).

• Performance will be evaluated in accordance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and Performance Requirements Summary (PRS).

• Specific performance objectives include: Combating Trafficking in Persons, Meeting Participation, Providing Monthly RE Calendar, Preparation for RE Classes, and Preparation of Program Materials, all with a 100% compliance threshold.

• Place of Performance: Halo Chapel (building 1100), Yuma Proving Ground, AZ.
