Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide musician services, including vocal, guitar, and/or piano/keyboard performance, for Protestant Chapel services and other religious events. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing for up to one service per week (max 52 annually) and up to 20 special services per year (excluding weddings).
- Coordinating musical arrangements with the Chapel Pastor or Officiating Chaplain.

- Notifying relevant personnel of any service malfunctions or inability to perform.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated based on Technical Capability, Period of Performance, Past Performance, and Price.
- Technical Capability requires a capability statement/performance plan, resume demonstrating qualifications (e.g., sight-reading, piano/keyboard proficiency, familiarity with liturgical/contemporary formats, 2+ years church experience, ability to sing/play Christian music, lead services), and an audition.
- Past Performance will be assessed via SPRS/CPARS and other sources.
