Scope of Work
The requirement is for a Protestant Chapel Musician to support the Command Chaplains Office mission of developing personnel and families for spiritual and personal readiness. The musician will coordinate musical arrangements, lead congregation in worship, and perform up to one regular Sunday service per week (not to exceed 52 annually) and up to twenty special services per year (e.g., Holy Days, funerals, memorials). Preferred qualifications include the ability to sight-read music, play piano/keyboard, familiarity with liturgical and contemporary worship, and a minimum of two years of church congregation experience. An audition is required.
