Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide all personnel, labor, materials, and transportation to support the Ellsworth AFB Chapel Protestant RE program. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary coordinator, teacher, facilitator, and organizer of the program. This involves assisting the Protestant Chaplain with annual calendars, budgets, and volunteer training; processing facility requests; implementing advertising; coordinating purchase requests; and recruiting, training, and managing volunteers. The coordinator will also lead the annual Vacation Bible School (VBS) or equivalent program, record attendance, and maintain electronic records and continuity files. Services are expected to be approximately 80-100 hours per month, with core hours on-site during normal office hours and flexible hours for weekends/events.
